Please be informed that we are not able with our world wide more than 40'000 florists to offer an automated order tracking service to our customers.
We do not have a tracking system due to the various time zones & public business hours in individual countries. We can not confirm the order deliveries on the same date of the delivery, although we grant the delivery on the requested delivery date, during the business hours of the flower shops.
Tracking information only available for certain gift item orders shipped and delivered via courrier service.
