7) How can I add balloons or teddies to my flowers?


During the ordering process you have the possibility to add directly a supplementary product to you order.

Should you wish to add a product after the ordering process, kindly write us an e-mail at least 72 hours prior the delivery-date in order to change the flower item according to your requests and we’ll inform the filling florist immediately.

Depending on the timing of your change, same day delivery may not be possible or, if the order has already been processed by the florist your change may not be possible.
