Competition terms and conditions
1. Entrants must be 18 and over.
2. No application will be accepted from employees (and their families) of Fleurop-Interflora European Business Company AG, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, their agencies or any other company or persons directly connected with the administration of the competition.
3. No purchase necessary – to enter the competition to win the holiday & runners-up prizes entrants must enter their full name, address, date of birth and email address. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person/email address, per day.
4. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirement as set out on the promotional material. All instructions form part of the rules.
5. The closing date for all entries is 31st of March 2010. Responsibility will not be accepted for emails lost or delayed through technical fault, incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
6. Prize description:
The package includes return flights in economy class for the winner and his/her travel companion to Paris, France from a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s residence, hotel transfers, hotel accommodation for two nights at the Hotel Bassano (based on 2 winners sharing one room). IMS Ltd will handle the complete fulfilment of the grand prize holiday, including all travel arrangements for the winners.
The winner and their companion must hold valid passports and are responsible for any visas if applicable. Dates of travel are on selected dates to be completed 6 months from prize notification excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter, School Holidays & Public Holidays. Tours are subject to tour operators’ terms and conditions. Prize is subject to availability. Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room. Open to residents in Europe only. Grand prize winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition's close.
7. The next 10 entries randomly drawn under independent supervision will each win runners-up prizes consisting of a TheUglyTruth Valentine’s Bouquet. Winners can choose to have their flower bouquet delivered to any recipient, on the desired date, anywhere in the world, personally by a florist associated with Sponsor. The runners-up will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition’s close.
8. Holiday prize operated by IMS Ltd. All management agency services included.
9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
10. The promoters reserve the rights to change or substitute this prize for a similar prize of a similar value. The prizes quoted are provided subject to availability
11. No bulk, trade, consumer groups or third party applications will be accepted.
12. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of this promotion
13. The holiday prize winner may be required to take part in publicity.
