Winner will be notified by email to complete order and discuss delivery details. Winner can choose to deliver their flower bouquet to any recipient, on the desired date, anywhere in the world, personally by a Fleurop florist. (Total Prize ARV $60.00) Limit one prize per person per household per computer/email address.

- ELIGIBILITY: Tinker Bell – Fleurop-Interflora – Win a Tinker Bell Treasure Trove Competition (the “Competition”) is open to residents in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Hungary, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Belarus, who are 18 years of age or older in their country of residence. Employees, officers and directors of Fleurop-Interflora European Business Company AG ("Promoter”), its licensors and prize suppliers, the administrator of the Promotion and each of the foregoing entities’ parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, the administrator of the
Competition, and any other entity directly involved with the development or administration of the Competition (collectively, the “Competition Entities”) , and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in the Competition constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
- HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, visit http://www.fleurop.com/Promos/WaltDisney/TinkerBell/ at any time from 10th November, 2008 at 00:00:00 and 22nd January, 2009 at 23:59:59 and follow the indications given on this promotional page.
Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person/email address, per day. A day is defined as a 24-hour period between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void that entrant’s entries. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of automated entries or programs is prohibited.
Entrant must provide all required information to be eligible to enter. Entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted during entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winning entrants may be required to provide Promoter with proof that the claimed winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry, or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified.
Entries become the property of Promoter and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Promoter will not verify receipt. All entrants agree that Promoter and Promoter’s service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfilment and otherwise in connection with the administration of the Promotion and for no other reason, unless entrant has expressly opted in, in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, to receiving future promotional email communications from Promoter.
- PROMOTION DRAW: The Promotion Grand Prize winner and runners-up prize winners will be selected in a random draw to be conducted by an independent judge retained by Promoter for that purpose. The random drawing will take place on or about 29th January 2009 from among all eligible entries received from all the countries where the Competition was open. The independent judge’s decisions are final and legally binding on all matters relating to the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZES: Four (4) Grand Prizes will be available to be awarded in the Promotion, consisting of a large range of items being produced by Disney Consumer Products in the Tinker Bell range, and includes, but is not limited to, Tinker Bell dolls, stationery equipment, dressing up items and soft furnishings to the value of £150 / €200. It does not include Tinker Bell computer games or Tinker Bell products from other Disney lines of business. No sale, transfer or substitution of the items, will be permitted. No cash alternative.
RUNNERS-UP PRIZES: Thirty (30) Runners-up Prizes will be available to be awarded in the Promotion, each consisting of a Seasonal Bouquet (ARV: $60 ea.). Runners-up winners can choose to have their flower bouquet delivered to any recipient, on the desired date, anywhere in the world, personally by a florist associated with Promoter. No delivery fee or additional charges will apply. Ten (10) further runners-up prizes of Tinker Bell on DVD per main territory (UK, DE, FR, ES, IT).
PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions are allowed except in Promoter’s sole discretion. Limit: one (1) Promotion prize per person/e-mail address. Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including but not limited to income and sales taxes) and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in this Promotion.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified as set forth below. Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail on or about 4th February 2009. Grand Prize winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, where legal, Publicity
Release, within ten (10) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If the Grand Prize winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or address verification, or if the Grand Prize winner is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Promoter, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this Promotion, Promoter may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and: (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the point of the action taken by the Promoter.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not
