There will be thirty (30) bouquet prize winners as runners up prizes to the grand prize. Each will receive one MADE of HONOR Bouquet from www.fleurop.com. Winner will be notified by email to complete order and delivery processing. Winner can choose to deliver their flower bouquet to any recipient, on the desired date, anywhere in the world, personally by a Fleurop florist. (Total Prize ARV $60.00) Limit one prize per person per household per computer/email address.

All taxes, duties, shipping and service fees, and similar charges, if any, except where noted, are included and not the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY: The Made of Honor – Fleurop-Interflora – Win a Holiday in New York Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island), who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Fleurop-Interflora European Business Company AG( "Sponsor"), its licensor and prize providers, the administrator of the Promotion and each of the foregoing entities’ parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliatesand any other entity directly involved with the development or administration of the Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in the Promotion constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.


2. TO TAKE PART IN THE SWEEPSTAKES:
   The Promotion begins April 22, 2008 at 12:01 AM (EST) and ends June 20, 2008 at 12:01 PM (EST) (“Promotion Period”). To enter, visit www.fleurop.com (the “Website”) and enteryour e-mail address, name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and date of birth on the entry form.
   
   Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person/email address, per day. A day is defined as a 24-hour period between 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void that entrant's entries. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of automated entries or programs is prohibited. Entrant must provide all required information to be eligible to enter. Normal Internet access charges imposed by entrant’s online service provider apply.
   Entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted during entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winning entrants may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the claimed winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry, or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified.
   
   Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Sponsor will not verify receipt. All entrants agree that Sponsor and Sponsor’s service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and otherwise in connection with the administration of the Promotion and for no other reason, unless entrant has expressly opted in, in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, to receiving future promotional email communications from Sponsor.

PROMOTION DRAWING: The Promotion Grand Prize winner and runners-up prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by an independent judge retained by Sponsor for that purpose. The random drawing will take place on or about July 1, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. The independent judge’s decisions are final and legally binding on all matters relating to the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.


4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV’S):
   
   GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded in the Promotion, consisting of a five day/four-night trip for the winner and his/her travel companion to New York City, NY, including round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and his/her travel companion from a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s residence in the United States (ARV $1,325) , airport transfers by private town car (ARV $275), and four nights’ accommodation in a sponsor-selected New York City hotel based on double occupancy (ARV $1,400). Trip must be scheduled a minimum of 30 days prior to travel. Air travel and hotel accommodations are subject to blackout dates and some restrictions may apply. Trip must be completed within one year from prize notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No sale, transfer or substitution of trip elements will be permitted. No cash alternative. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Travel insurance will be included (ARV $150). Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.    RUNNERS-UP PRIZES: Thirty (30) Runners-up Prizes will be available to be awarded in the Promotion, each consisting of an 18 Rose Bouquet with Heart Pendant of Swarovski Crystals (ARV: $60 ea.). Runners-up winners can choose to have their flower bouquet delivered to any recipient, on the desired date, anywhere in the world, personally by a florist associated with Sponsor.
   
   PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions are allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit: one (1) Promotion prize per person/e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including but not limited to income and sales taxes) and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of his/her prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in this Promotion.


5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified as set forth below. Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail on or about July 2, 2008. Grand Prize winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release, within ten (10) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Guest of Grand Prize winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability and where legal, Publicity Release prior to awarding of prize.
   
   Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If the Grand Prize winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or address verification, or the guest’s requisite documentation, or if the Grand Prize winner is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.


6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
