Your phone will be sent to you per Belgium Post (usual delays of shipping, 10 to 20 days
to be expected, according to the country).
Handling, shipping and service fees do not include customs and local taxes if applicable at your
Destination. You will receive an email confirming the legal post deposit, as well as an order number
that you can consider as a shipping guarantee. The exact date before receiving the Skype/Perfectel phone is to be expected between 4 to 6 weeks from the ordering date.
